I had been training for 5 yrs before this first show. I only prepared 4 weeks, LOL! I always stayed really lean, had a hard time gaining bodyweight, probably shouldn't have dieted at all for this show. I think I lost 9 pounds, all muscle, in my preparations, I had no idea what I was doing. I did the show on a whim because a friend was competing, he won the middles. I was hooked on the sport from then on. Oh and I probably should mention I weighed 143 lbs here at 5'8".
